帮助与支持
如有使用问题、购买问题或馆藏恢复需求，请发送邮件至 support@paphia.garden。
请说明 Paphia 版本、设备型号、iOS 版本、预期结果和实际发生的情况。截图有助于定位问题，请先遮挡不希望分享的个人信息。不要发送密码、验证码或银行卡信息。
遇到资料库问题时，请保留已有便携档案或其他已验证的备份，不要先卸载应用或抹除资料库。无法打开资料库时，请保留文件并联系支持。
使用 iCloud 时，请检查两端是否登录预期的同一 iCloud 账号，并已明确开启同步。账号状态、网络和 iCloud 空间可能影响进度。关闭同步不会删除已有云端副本；下载不完整或缺少原片时，请报告问题，不要用空资料库替换原有资料。
购买恢复需要使用原购买时的 Apple 账户；App Store 账号与 iCloud 账号可能不同。订阅管理和退款由 Apple 的相应流程处理。订阅到期后，已有记录仍可访问。购买终身方案不会自动取消已有订阅；如果不希望继续续费，请通过 Apple 单独取消。

隐私政策
Paphia 是一款独立开发的兰花馆藏应用。隐私问题请联系 support@paphia.garden。
你的植物记录、观察、馆藏整理信息和原始照片保存在应用的本地资料库中。你无需注册单独的 Paphia 账号。Paphia 不包含广告、跟踪 SDK 或由开发者运营的分析服务。
如果你选择开启 iCloud 同步，馆藏数据和照片会传输至 Apple 的 CloudKit 服务，保存在与你的 Apple 账户关联的私有 iCloud 数据库中。同步需要你的选择和可用的 iCloud 账号，不会将馆藏公开给其他 Paphia 用户。Apple 按其自身隐私政策和条款运营 iCloud。
导入的照片可能含有位置、相机等嵌入式元数据。Paphia 保留原始照片，因此这些信息可能继续存在于本地文件、同步原片和导出的便携档案中。与他人分享前，请检查文件内容。
诊断与问题报告
Paphia 在设备上保留少量技术日志，用于排查故障，包括操作阶段、错误类型与代码、时间、App 与系统版本，以及 Apple 提供的崩溃或性能报告。准备的报告最多包含最近七天的 500 条技术事件和 10 份可用的 Apple 报告。缓存随使用清理，App 闲置时文件可能保留更久。App 的操作日志不包含植物名称、馆藏内容、照片、精确位置、密码或支付资料。
当前版本不会自动向开发者上传诊断报告，也不提供直接通过 CloudKit 提交问题报告的功能。这不影响你选择开启私有馆藏同步。
你可以填写意见反馈并选择是否附上诊断信息。附件开关默认关闭，需要时可以开启。「发送反馈」会打开已填好支持邮箱的系统邮件编辑器；未配置邮件时打开系统分享面板，由你确认发送。准备文件本身不会发送信息。关闭诊断时，只提供你填写的描述；开启时，JSON 附件还包含生成时间、随机报告编号、App 和系统版本、技术事件及可用的 Apple 崩溃或性能报告，其中可能包含设备型号、系统环境等技术元数据。请勿填写不必要的敏感信息。
如果你选择将报告发送至支持邮箱，我们会收到正文、附件和你的邮件地址，仅用于回复和排查问题，不用于广告、跨应用跟踪或数据交易。你可以请求删除支持邮件，但依法需要保留的信息除外。随可识别身份的邮件发送的报告不是匿名报告。
已准备的文件是单独的临时副本，会在发送界面关闭或下次准备反馈时移除；分享到其他 App、另行保存或发送的邮件有各自的保存流程。移除临时文件或卸载 Paphia 不会收回这些副本。此邮件支持流程不承诺服务器自动保存 30 天后删除。
付款、订阅和购买恢复由 Apple 处理。Paphia 使用 StoreKit 提供的交易和订阅信息判断可用权益；开发者不会收到你的银行卡信息。取消订阅或失去付费权益不会删除现有馆藏。退款和支付问题由 Apple 的相应流程处理。
如果你发送支持邮件，我们会收到邮件地址、正文及你主动提供的附件，并将其用于回复和调查问题。请仅提供解决问题所需的信息；除非你主动选择提供，否则无需发送整个馆藏或原始照片。你可以联系我们请求删除支持邮件，但依法需要保留的信息除外。
你可以使用本地资料库、在应用的 iCloud 设置中管理同步、编辑或移除记录，并导出便携档案。关闭同步本身不会删除已经存储在 iCloud 中的副本。设备备份、其他设备上的副本、导出文件和邮件附件需要分别管理；卸载应用不代表所有外部副本均已删除。

使用条款
Paphia 采用 Apple 的标准最终用户许可协议。以下说明应用的购买选项，不替代该协议，也不限制适用法律赋予你的权利。
三株植株可免费完整使用核心功能。月度或年度 Pro 订阅在权益有效期内开放更多植株容量与完整便携馆藏档案创建；终身方案通过一次性购买永久开放这些本地能力，不承诺未来付费云服务或 AI 功能。自愿支持不解锁功能，也不是订阅。
实际价格和计费周期以应用中 App Store 商品信息为准。年度订阅一次收取全年费用，显示的月均价格仅用于比较，并非按月扣款。节省比例按同一币种的年度总价与十二个月度付款比较，不代表免费试用。
订阅会自动续期，直到你通过 Apple 账户的订阅管理功能取消。删除 Paphia、关闭 iCloud 或购买终身方案，都不会自动取消已有订阅。转为终身方案后，请单独检查并取消原订阅，避免后续续费。管理 Apple 订阅。
恢复订阅或终身购买时，请使用原购买所用的 Apple 账户并点击“恢复购买”。消耗型支持购买不产生可恢复的会员权益。App Store 账户与 iCloud 账户可以不同。
订阅到期或购买被撤销后，已有馆藏仍可访问、编辑和添加观察；新植株受容量规则限制，创建新的完整档案需要相应付费权益。导入和恢复已有合法档案仍然可用。
付款及退款申请由 Apple 处理：向 Apple 申请退款。支持邮箱：support@paphia.garden。
