A private orchid collection book.
Help & Support
For questions, purchase issues or help with your collection, email support@paphia.garden.
Please include your Paphia version, device model, iOS version, what you expected to happen and what happened instead. Screenshots can help; remove personal information you do not want to share. Do not send passwords, verification codes or payment card details.
Protecting a collection. Before troubleshooting, keep an existing portable archive or other verified backup if one is available. Do not uninstall the app or erase a library as a first troubleshooting step. If a library cannot open, retain its files and contact support.
iCloud. Confirm that the intended devices use the same iCloud account and that synchronization was explicitly enabled. Account availability, network conditions and iCloud storage can affect progress. Turning off sync does not delete cloud copies. Report an incomplete download or missing original rather than replacing an existing library with an empty one.
Purchases. Use Restore Purchases with the Apple Account that made the purchase. Your App Store account and iCloud account can differ. Subscription management and refund requests use Apple's normal controls. Existing records remain accessible after a subscription expires. Buying Lifetime does not cancel an existing subscription; cancel it separately through Apple if you no longer want it to renew.

Privacy Policy
Paphia is an independent orchid collection app. For privacy questions, contact support@paphia.garden.
Your collection
Your plant records, observations, collection organization and original photos are stored in the app's local library. You do not need a separate Paphia account. Paphia does not include advertising, tracking SDKs or a developer-operated analytics service.
If you choose to enable iCloud synchronization, collection data and photos are sent to Apple's CloudKit service in your private iCloud database, associated with your Apple Account. Synchronization requires your choice and an available iCloud account. Your collection is not published to other Paphia users. Apple operates iCloud under its own privacy policy and terms.
Photos you import may contain embedded metadata, including location or camera information. Paphia preserves original photo files. That metadata can therefore remain in local files, synchronized originals and portable archives you export. Review files before sharing them with others.
Diagnostics and problem reports
Paphia keeps a small technical log on your device to help investigate failures: operation stages, error types and codes, timestamps, app and system versions, and crash or performance reports delivered by Apple. A prepared report includes at most 500 technical events and 10 available Apple reports from the last seven days. Cache cleanup happens as the app uses those records; cached files can remain longer while the app is idle. The app's operation log does not include plant names, collection contents, photos, precise locations, passwords or payment details.
This release does not automatically upload diagnostic reports to the developer, and direct CloudKit problem-report submission is unavailable. These restrictions do not disable your optional private collection synchronization.
You can write feedback and choose whether to attach diagnostics. The attachment switch starts off; turn it on to include diagnostics. Send Feedback opens system Mail addressed to support, or the system share sheet if Mail is unavailable; you confirm delivery there. Preparation alone sends nothing. With diagnostics off, only your description is supplied. With diagnostics on, the JSON attachment includes your description, its creation time, a random report identifier, app and system versions, technical events and available Apple crash or performance reports, which can include device-model and system-environment metadata. Avoid entering unnecessary sensitive information.
If you choose to send a report to our support address, we receive its contents and attachments along with your email address. We use them only to answer you and investigate the issue, not for advertising, cross-app tracking or data brokerage. You may request deletion of support correspondence, subject to applicable retention obligations. Reports are not anonymous when sent with identifying correspondence.
A prepared file is a separate temporary copy, removed when the sending screen closes or when you next prepare feedback; copies you share to another app, save elsewhere or email have their own lifecycles. Removing a temporary file or uninstalling Paphia does not retract those copies. We do not promise automated 30-day server deletion for this email-based support workflow.
Purchases
Apple handles payments, subscriptions and purchase restoration. Paphia uses StoreKit transaction and subscription information to determine which features you can use. We do not receive your payment card details. Canceling a subscription or losing a paid entitlement does not erase your existing collection. Apple handles refund requests and payment processing.
Support
If you email us, we receive your email address, message and any attachments you choose to send. We use them to respond and investigate the issue. Send only the information needed for support; a complete collection or original photos are not required unless you choose to provide them. You can contact us to request deletion of support correspondence, subject to applicable retention obligations.
Your choices
You can use a local library, manage synchronization through the app's iCloud settings, edit or remove collection records, and export portable archives. Turning off synchronization does not itself delete copies already stored in iCloud. Device backups, copies on other devices, exported files and email attachments are separate copies that may need to be managed separately. Removing the app is not a substitute for deleting every external copy.
Changes and contact
We may update this policy when the app's data practices change. The published page will identify its revision date. Questions and privacy requests: support@paphia.garden.

Terms of Use
Paphia uses Apple's Standard End User License Agreement. The following explains the app's purchase options; it does not replace that agreement or limit rights provided by applicable law.
Paphia Pro
Three plants have complete core use for free. A verified monthly or annual Pro subscription unlocks additional plant capacity and creation of complete portable collection archives while access is active. Lifetime is a one-time purchase that permanently unlocks those local capabilities. It does not promise future paid cloud or AI services. Optional support purchases do not unlock features and are not subscriptions.
Prices and billing periods are shown in the app using the current App Store product information. Annual subscriptions charge the annual total, not the displayed monthly equivalent. Savings compare the annual total with twelve monthly payments in the same currency; they are not a free trial.
Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled through your Apple Account's subscription controls. Deleting Paphia, turning off iCloud, or purchasing Lifetime does not cancel an existing subscription. If you move from a subscription to Lifetime, review and cancel the subscription separately to avoid future renewal charges. Manage an Apple subscription.
Use Restore Purchases with the Apple Account used for your original purchase to restore eligible subscription or Lifetime access. Consumable support purchases do not create a restorable membership entitlement. Your App Store account can differ from your iCloud account.
If a subscription expires or a purchase is revoked, existing collection records remain accessible. You can continue editing existing records and adding observations; capacity restrictions apply to new plants and paid access is required for new complete archive creation. Imports and recovery of existing valid archives remain available.
